Trapped wind after c section

My baby is nearly 2 months old and I keep getting what I think is trapped wind. It comes on all of a sudden and usually at night or early hours of the morning. It seems to be every 2/3 weeks I'm getting a really unbearable pain in the shoulder blades and across my lower back and tummy. It is so bad it wakes me up and I can't move from pain I just lie in foetal position and cry until it stop which is usually 30 mins or so. Is this normal and how do I stop it
