Sign of labour starting?

Just wandering if anyone could share there labour starting experiences. I am 3 days overdue today and had some back ache and menstrual cramps over the past 2 days nothing that I can class as labour though. Had increased pressure down there. I've had more discharge today, I started having loose stools today (usually constipated throughout pregnancy) and been 4 times feeling like I have to run to the toilet each time and getting looser each time too (sorry for tmi) Just wandering if this is a sign of labour being soon or if anyone else had looser stools before labour and how long after labour began. This is my first pregnancy so have no idea. Last seen my midwife at 37+6 and baby was head down back to back and all good. Haven't seen anyone since and my next appointment is on the 3rd of Jan when I'll be 41 weeks. What does everyone think?
