37 weeks pregnant, period cramps and backache

Hi all I’m 37 weeks pregnant today and have had period like cramps since yesterday afternoon and have woke up this morning with backache! Any ideas??

    Hi. I had very similar on and off for weeks in the lead up to going into labour I could have sworn it was happening. Finally Had my son at 41 weeks but when it started I knew about it! 
    If it's the real thing those pains will gradually get worse and become more regular. Good luck.

    I too have been experiencing the same think for the last week (I’m 37 weeks too) it’s our bodies preparing for the births of our Beautiful babies 💗💙
