Vbac

Hey, has anyone had a vbac after an emergency section? I had quite a traumatic birth, labouring from Wednesday and my little girl wasn't born until Saturday, she was not coming natural and hospital ignored it hoping that Labour would change her position but unfortunately my heart rate spiked to double hers ( babys heart rate is always double ours) I was seconds from a heart attack, although hospital have admitted to neglect and promised more check ups with baby and me and im quite open to a vbac just wondering if anyone has any good stories after a horrific one?
