kacey ann's birth story
hi all i got induced last saturday 20th october cos i was 11 days over my due date. they induced me at 11 then put on moniter to check babys heartbeat and everything was fine so we went for a walk and something to eat as got told it could be a while then at 5 i started to have a few twinges but nothing bad and could cope with pain. at 6.15 the pain was that intense i askes for pain relief so they examined me first and cos i was 5 cm they said i had to go to delivery ward got there at 7 and i asked for a epidural but they had to examin me again and in 45 mins i had gone from 5 cm to 9 cm so couldnt have epidural and as soon as they told me i needed to push and at 7.47 pm kacey ann was born. i was in labour for only 1 hour and 32 mins
