Hey all,
At the mo i am feeling a little sad, i have had to have daily trips to hosp to be montored for high blood pressure and proteine in urine, had to stay in hosp over night as the concern grew.
I am due 2moz and would really like to kick start my labour naturally instead of the stress of going to hosp every day.
Ne ideas how?

(2) Drinking raspberry leaf tea is suppose to soften the cervix and set labour off
(3) Having sex. one for something in the sperm that can trigger it off and i've heard having an orgasm can set your contractions off too
(4) Go for a long walk
(5) run up and down stairs (can be hard at your stage but heard that can start sometimes)
(6) castor oil set my friend off with her little boy. She added orange juice so it tasted nicer though. lol
