head engaged?

is it a sign that the head is engaged when the baby moves less frequently than usual? its still moving but nowhere near as much as it normally does. im 38+1

    sounds like it must be getting pretty cramped in there at 38weeks! your midwife should be able to tell you if the head is engaged image

    My babies head didn't engage until the day before my waters went and he wasn't moving around very much by then - its more a case of having no room. Even if their head is engaged they can still wiggle loads.

    Friend gave bith 2 weeks ago, her lo's head had been engaged for a month but still had plenty of movement from lo.
