I'm giving birth in about 5 - 6 weeks.
During my antenatal classes the midwife mentioned hypno birthing.
does anyone know anything about this, what CD and book should i buy?
does it really work and have i started it too late?

I don't know where to get the stuff from but my friend did the cd and book.... she was due 10th may here waters broke and baby was born 3 hours later no pain relief no stitching nothing and it was her first baby and she swears it was to do with the hypnobirthing stuff as she was really relaxed and didn't panic
