Which TENS Machine?

Hi, I want to buy a TENS machine ( I live abroad and can't rent one here), can anyone recommend one? I would like a really good effective one (obviously!) and was just looking on ebay but no idea if some are better than others? any advice appreciated. x

    I used the Femme TENS machine when I was in labour, and I didn't have any problems with it. Hubby found it quite easy to set up. Although I didn't like it when hubby decided to fiddle with the dials whilst I was in the middle of a contraction!!!!!
