How long should I leave it?

I was wondering if any off you have had reflexology? Im thinking of starting it after ocotober as im on the pill at the moment untill then to help me not have a period when i have my engagement party .
I was wondering how long i should leave it to book a session of reflexology after ive stopped the pill? Some people say it takes 2 months to get out ur body and others say wait untill you have a true period. Im confused on what to do lol!
