Reflexology and Acupuncture stories?
Loads of people have told me to try reflexology so i had my first session today and it was terrible lol! It tiggled my feet so much i couldnt relax and i found myself being more tense when coming out then i did when i went into the spa LOL.
They done some acupunture on me tho to show me it and it is amazing that you cant even feel it. So im booked in for fertility acupuncture and cupping with a neck shoulders and head massage after to help with stress and relaxation and thats next tuesday I cant wait!!
If any of you have any successful story's I would love to hear them!
