What to expect at first ACU appointment

Hi Ladies After 2 long years of TTC with no success I've finally got myself an appointment at Queen Mary's, Roehampton. DH has already had his SA, all good. My blood tests have been fine (other than revealing I have Graves disease, but that's a whole different story!) So I was wondering if any one here can offer any advice/reassurance about what's going to happen, what to expect, who I'll see? I'd be so grateful to hear your experiences! Thanks, Vass x
