clomid with blocked tube?

hey ladies, was wondering if anyone has been on clomid when theu have a blocked tube with any sucess? if so how long did it take? also did anyone have real bad pain down where the overies are? im on my 2nd last day taking clomid for the first month and i havent been able.to get out bed with the pain, it feels like really bad cramp but its going round to my back aswell any advice would be appreciated xx
