blocked tubes?

Hi everyone! Im new and hope im using this right lol. I guess I'll get started! About a year ago I had a dermoid cyst removed and asked the doctor if she could do the hsg test for me during surgery.  She did and said the dye didnt go through. She said it could be because during surgery it was too much muscle spasms and trauma going on and it may not be accurate. Id love other opinions on this. It really has me in my the slumps...just feeling defeated really....
