Provera and Clomid

Hi, Im new to this forum just need some advice/experiences..

We have been ttc since Jan '13. I was on BC pills prior to that. I got my monthlies every month until May '13 and then nothing. Went to see my dr and she said to just wait. Saw another dr and again was told to just wait. I then pushed for specialist. He checked me and im all good. He put me on provera which brought on my period for about 2wks and clomid which actually didnt seem to work. Day 21 i had blood test and i hadnt ovulated.

this is the second cycle after proveral and clomid. My specialist said for me to up the clomid when i got my period days 5-9. Well my periods havent yet shown up properly. They have been more of a brown discharge, with a little pink and some "egg white/stringy" bits but not every day. This also only happens after using the toilet. I cant start clomid til i have a proper period. It is so frustrating. Please any advice or experiences would be great!
