Very high & tilted cervix + endo + low sperm count = sad me in need of help :-(

Hi ladies, hubs & I been ttc for 3 years now.

Went to docs today, already knew hubs has low sperm count. I mentioned to nurse that in my last surgery (recently moved), on my last smear the nurse there said I have a very high and tilted cervix. I had asked this nurse if this could be stopping me getting pg and she said no... This new nurse who is gyny & midwife trained said yes!!!

I'm so upset as she also thinks I may have endometriotis!

I just feel we will have no joy now.... does ANYONE have any tips, success stories to cheer me up with on this?
