CB fertility montior Q

Just a quick q, after u get peak on the new digital monitor it asks u to keep testing. Was just wondering would the test carry on reading high if you were lucky to conceive or does everyone's go down to low as implantation probably hasn't occurred yet. If anyone has conceived on the monitor could u tell me ur readings thanks x
