TTC, BBT Charting, Norethisterone, Clomid, OPKs - Pregnancy?

Hi all

Sorry for long title! I'll give you all a brief history in order for you to understand my predicament.

I've been TTC for 15 months now (understandably a short time compared to some), but I have had bouts of amenorrhea for four years (before I went to GP).  Started Norethisterone in April, but shortly before that my BBT charting said I had ovulated.  My luteal phase ended up being short due to the impending period that Norethisterone had worked its magic on.  I have also completed a cycle of Clomid too.  I'm on Day 20 of my cycle with a positive OPK on Day 17, yet there has been no BBT thermal shift to indicate that I actually ovulated.  I have not done a pregnancy test yet as I'd like to wait until after Day 28 of this cycle.

However, has anyone else experienced this type of confusion?  I know I need to speak with my Gynae but it's hard to get through at the moment.

Any advice/suggestions?
