ive been trying for number 2 for over 7 years with a few miscarriages with last miscarriage last year

tests prove nothing wrong and been told its hard for us cos of my weight so wont get help

I started going to the gym 2 weeks ago 3x a week and noticed I have started spotting now and again and more so after a bowel movement and its not from my bum

its pinky/red and a small spot or 2 when I wipe only and noticed it last week once and once today so thought maybe pushing hard or maybe a little rough when DTD or maybe its cos of new exercise

I don't know so if anyone has any info on this please advise

also I'm due af in roughly 4 days
