partner has zero sperm

Hi everyone I'm new to this. I'm wondering if anyone has any advise. We have just found out at the clinic my partner has zero sperm and they are doing blood tests. We are devasged and our dreams of becoming parents are left shattered. Has anyone any advise on what happens next for us. Greatly appreciated.

    Hi, I am sorry you are going through this. I'm obviously no expert on this stuff, but have you considered using donor sperm? All the best
