Hi ladies my husband has low count sperm and we had been ttc for 1 year 2 months.what is the most commom medicine for men to increase the sperm count??please helppp

Any info plss?
Things like zinc, vitamin B, vitamin E, plenty of water, no saunas, no alcohol and no tight pants can help. But it depends on the cause of the low count. These things can also take several months to make any difference, if they make any difference at all.
