Someone help please

I have pcos ttc to conceieve for 3 yrs. 2 MC and still trying. my af has been regular since jan 2017 . My af was 3 days late on July 18th.  it was regular . althoguh because it was late i took a test and it was very very faint. bit af came so thought nothing of it. period went until july 22nd. since yesterday aug 2nd so its only been a little over a week since af and i have been having mild cramps on and off and spotting very light pink. this has never happened. anyone maybe no what going on thank you.
