Just looking for someone to chat with...

Hy everyone,

I'm new to this Web page in hope of getting the chance to talk with people who have been through what I'm going through. Ive tried talking on other sites. But I always get ignored or my posts get moved elsewhere and I can't find em! Anyways...Bit of history. I'm 28, been married 4.5years TTC 6 years. I have pcos and endo. Hubby is fine and healthy. I don't ovulate naturally(last natural P was June 2017) before that I had 4 rounds of clomid and provera, non of which were successful. I've recently been to the Fertility specialist and I need to get my bmi down below 30 before I can be referred for IVF. (only a stone to lose) My issue is I've been struggling with tender boobs for 10 days now. I mean extremely painful. I've had to odd day here and there when I was in clomid but nothing like this. I'm at the point I can't even wear a bra. The slightest touch hurts... I'm also feeling very "off" waves of dizziness and nausea. Lots of cramping. I've taken 3 hpts in the past week. Including a first response. All negative. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Just looking for advice from ladies who have been in this kind of position and lived it, as appose to a textbook/web page! Thank you I'm advance and have a Happy New Year! X

  • Happy new year Hun..

I had the same sort of stuff happen to me..

in Decamber 2016 I sadly had a miscarriage and in January 2017 I had different symptoms of pregnancy especially the achy boobs.. I took a test and it was negative. i was a bit all over the place as I had seen No period since my miscarriage.. I waited another week and tried another test and low and behold a BFP. But the pregnancy test said 3weeks + so the previous test should of showed up positive.

Fast forward a year and I am now a mummy to 5 month old twin boys...

    xx

  • hey Gizmov1! I'm so sorry you are going through so much all the same time.I have been through the same thing when it was just one bad news after another, I had lost my first baby in an accident, I was 14 weeks pregnant. I woke up 9 days later and found out I had a disc in my back and pelvis, hysteroscopy was also performed and I am not able to conceive a child. I have been feeling a lot better lately by just talking to people about it. I am glad you did the same.I think the solution to what you are facing has everything to do with diet and a little yoga. Try to cut out carbs from your diet and consume around 20-50 grams of carbs daily. You will shred that pound in 2 weeks. Also, have you tried any diet plans? if yes then share your experience. As for the pain, cold showers work for sure. I took them after my accident and they were a huge blessing.Try to follow my advise and push your self a bit if you can. Do not rush anything. You got this.

  • Hi I am new too :) with pcos

    I found flaxseeds helped me.

    And gentle massages.
