Need some positivity... ttc & short luteal phase

hi all, 

me and my partner started ttc 16 months ago. I feel pregnant last April but MC in June and had to have Medcially managed MC. The first 4 months after I didn’t have a period and wasn’t ovulating. Now I’m having a 7 day luteal phase. 

When I first fell pregnant I think I also ovmuskets late and had a 2 day bleed when my period should have been. This then stopped bluntly. And it wasn’t until a few weeks later I realised it wasn’t a period and I was actually pregnant. This has made me worried I had a miss carriage because I ovulated late and have a short luteal phase.

im getting frustrated and upset Everytime I have a period. I’ve read loads of forums and love all the advice. 

any words of positivity or wisdom I’d love to hear. I’m starting to regret telling my friends and then constantly asking if I’m pregnant yet
