Endometreosis and TTC - anyone got any positive stories?

Hiya, Im 23 and have been trying for 2 years, suffered with episodes of pain for years and was told by doctors/hospitals that it was a UTI and one even said gastric reflux lol Finally got to see a Gyno had surgery to discover i had Endo though not too severe, my ovaries are fine and had no blockages. would this have been the cause of my infertility? anyone with endo have success stories, i need some hope.
