Extremely faint or indent

my partner has an extremely low sperm count,he Has no kids (he’s 36).

after ovulation I had severe cramping, since I’ve had vivid dreams every night, my boobs are tender to the touch and seem abit darker..

so my question is; is this an extremely faint line, or do I just have line eyes?
