I fell pregnant after a HSG

Hello, after TTC for 2 years we were sent for a Hysterosalpingography (HSG) straight after I fell pregnant could not believe it. However by at the 12 week scan it was confirmed the baby had actually stopped growing at 8 weeks. Think most of you will understand the pain. This was back in May I lost it, I had a natural miscarriage. Now my question Is would it be worth having another HSG? has anybody experienced anything like this?
