Natural Bfp after 3 years of infertility

hello, I’ve never posted on one of these forums but I’ve been reading them for years. I’m 29 and have been ttc for 3 years. I have an AMH and FSH that is typical of someone in their early 40s. No MFI. After 2.5 years of ttc we gave up on trying, moved to volunteer overseas (lifelong dream but got ready to start a family before our fertility issues). Well, sure enough one day I noticed my period seemed late (stopped tracking because it was too stressful). I took a pregnancy test and holy crow it’s a faint positive. I took another one the next day and it was darker. Took another one today and a bit darker. I’m so nervous because it’s been so long since we started this journey. I’m hoping someone can shed some light on this - has anyone else tried for so long and ended up having a healthy baby at the end? Thanks so much sorry for the lengthy post.

Really congratulation. Happy and healthy 9 months.
Can you please give a little light on whether you ever went through any pills, fertility process or scans?

Oh yes. I took clomid, letrozole, and another fertility drug. I had three IUIs, each time I had ‘perfect’ follicles but they never took. I had a thin lining but not thin enough to warrant not implanting. My AMH has been steadily declining and my FSH has been steadily inclining - tubes are clear. So they put me at diminished ovarian reserve but could never figure out exactly why I couldn’t get pregnant. I’m average weight, eat really healthy, exercise etc. Also went through tons of acupuncture, naturopath etc. I was obsessed for awhile following all the rules and nothing worked. Now I’m abroad and poof...
I will have my blood taken tomorrow to confirm so I have my fingers crossed everything will be good with my initial tests!

i am too taking clomid. i have to start 4th round in oct after my periods this cycle. I have pcos so on metformin from last nov and TTC from april last year. when went through 3 rounds of clomid i was offered hycosy. Tubes are fine but they found i have endometriosis. which is weird as i never have that painful  periods. But i have been ask to have a specialist appointment in oct. And during test they did point out that i may need lapascropy to confirm endo and consider ivf for fertility. So not sure. Right now i am taking metformin twice, clomid 50mg and using pre-seed. And i have to wait to be clear on things in oct.

Congratulations! My husband and I had 4 years of trying with no success (including 3 attempts  of IUI) we then finally started our treatment for IVF, I started taking the down reg drugs and boom! We get pregnant naturally, that pregnancy did end in miscarriage but the next month we got pregnant again (naturally) and we now have our beautiful 3 month old daughter. Its so weird that one day after all that time it finally happens all by itself!
