Conceive plus & PCOS!!!

My fiancé and I have been TTC for awhile now. I started conceive plus a few weeks ago, im almost finished the bottle. I haven't come on my period yet (my period is usually around the middle or beginning of each month) also been having tenderness in my breasts. Im not sure if these are side effects or not. Also took a HPT and got a negative. I read online that pcos can cause false negatives but I don't want to waste any more money on tests. Has anyone had similar experiences??? please help!!!!
