I have recently bought a book on infertility and it is fantastic
"Your Essential Infertility Companion - A User's guide to Tests, Technology and Therapies"
by Anna Furse ISBN 0007119542
It is really easy to read and explains everything in a simple way and the author suffered with infertility for years before having a happy ending. In my opinion it gives just the right balance between scientific information and emotional support as the author can relate to every up and down.
It was published in 2001 but I have found it a real comfort.
