Thought I was pregnant but my period started last night (some brown spotting) but now I have bad period type cramps and am bleeding alot and its full of clots? Do I need to go and see someone? x

I am really sorry that this is happening to you. The symptoms sound very similar to my mc. How pg are you?
I rang my GP as it was a Friday and I went in for a blood test. I knew I was having a mc and as I was only around 5 weeks they said a scan wouldn't make much difference. I just had to let nature get on with it.
Do you have an out of hours surgery you can call for reassurance?
