Q for those who have mc and got pregnant straight away....

please can you let me know how your pregnancy symptoms were.
the reason i ask.. is because i had an early mc a couple of weeks ago and me and hubby started trying immediately.. because the body is said to be more fertile straight after..
well... for some reason.. i think im pregnant again!.. this soon!.. but am having terrible, what i think are, implantation cramps...
its a reall powerfull dull ache!.. im worried i havent let my body repair.. and im worried about whats going on inside...
has anyone else had this?....
