think im miscarrying

Hi.
Im 11 weeks 1 day and started to bleed this morn. it started only slight and brown, but now is very red,
Not lots and lots of blood but too much.
I rang my midwife and she has contacted the hospital.
i have an appointment tom at 2;40pm
But my hopes are not high.
I was so looking forward to my 12 weeks scan on the 3rd.
i just cant believe this is happening.

    I am so sorry. I don't want to give false hope but my GP told me on Friday when I was bleeding that you can bleed at 4,8 and 12 weeks and that it is quite common. He said that as long as the bleeding is not more than a normal period and the pain is not worse than normal period pain it may be ok.
