First period after m/c?
I found out last month at my 12 week scan that I'd had a missed m/c at seven weeks. 
I opted for the medical management pills to pass the baby as it wasn't happening naturally and went in hospital for this on 26th July. I bled for eleven days after this and stopped bleeding on 6th August.
I started to bleed brown discharge on Friday which turned red and quite heavy yesterday and I'm still bleeding now.
Is it possible this is my first proper period since the m/c as I had a 16 day break without losing anything? Just curious as this would mean that my cycle has gone back to it's normal 28 days despite not taking the pill. This would help in working out my ovulation should I decide to TTC in future.

it sounds to me like it is AF. i was quite surprised because i had my first AF exactly 28 days after ERPC... i'd bled for a week then spotted for a further week until CD15 - on that day i also had EWCM and i had AF on CD28, so it is possible. my next 2 cycles were 28 days as well (which is a bit too "normal" for me but i didn't complain). had another mc last week but seeing as it was so early am hoping my cycles won't be too messed up.
