Going back to work tomorrow

Going back to work tomorrow after 2 weeks sick leave and almost two weeks annual leave (over Christmas/new year time) prior to sick leave so almost 4 weeks! Every one knows at work and I've received lovely flowers and a card at home but still feeling really awkward as they didn't know that I was planning to have another baby! Not looking forward to awkward questions.....imagexx
