Advice on miscarriage

Hi everyone, I need some advice please. Just came back from early scan (3rd scan)

I had first due to spotting and scan revealed sac plus fetal pole 3mm.No heartbeat (3 weeks ago)

Back again 2 weeks later (last Thursday) again sac fetal pole of 5.3mm but still no heartbeat (approx 6wks 2days)

Today fetal pole measuring 10mm but still no heartbeat   ( approx 7 weeks +) Told that pregnancy not progressing and the fetus looks to be fading?

Can anyone tell me is this a definate miscarriage???

I know I'm clutching at straws
