Heart palpitations.....

Has anyone else had this? I had my ERPC on Wednesday and every time I get up to go to the loo etc, I keep feeling my heart beat more obviously than I normally do.  I did notice it when I get pg this time, and I told the Dr who said he wasnt worried - but today it's just been a bit more frequent....like every time I go upstairs.
