Spotting

I miscarried my first child 3 months ago and am about 7 weeks pregnant again when I noticed for the past 4 days I've had brown spotting, not enough to fill a pad but it's there when I wipe but today I felt like I was getting wet and went to the bathroom and noticed a small amount of bright red blood however after a few minutes it went back to brown I am wondering if anyone has had this and went on to have healthy babies or if I'm miscarrying again
