5 miscarriages

Hi - wondering if any positive stories out there am sure there are lots  

i had 4 miscarriages last year and just experiencing a missed miscarriage. The last 2 I have been taking heparin, cyclogest and aspirin So can't understand why- i suppose missed miscarriage can not be prevented by this medication. 

Its so frustrating and hard to stay positive and I am concerned that the medication may not work for me.

has anyone experienced similar in regards to heparin and and good news stories
