3 mc no children

ok so I'm 34 recently have no kids. I have had 3 mc in a row in a year and 3 months. I went in had a myomectomy to remove fibroids and endometrosis after my 3rd mc in December of 2014. I had my surgery in march 2015 and just found out I'm 4 weeks pregnant again. Now I have had spotting that varies from bright red to light pink for 3 days. I am scared I don't know why its doing this again has anyone else had this problem I have no children and as far as I know I haven't mc this one yet
