On and off bleeding! Some advice needed

Hello Ladies. I'm meant to be 6+3 days pregnant took first test on 21st Aug and it was positive, I was so happy, over the moon. That same Friday I started a little bleed on and off for a couple of days. Tuesday I did a test and still positive, that afternoon i bled again so I went to the Dr. She did the checks, womb closed advised me to do a urine sample. Dr phoned me on weds could be water infection, sending it off to lab! Thursday no blood, Friday really heavy, Saturday heavy. Today, spotting?! I'm so confused. The EPU won't see me until after Thursday to check.

im wondering if anyone else has been through this and am I losing the baby???
