Identical twins misscarriage any advice

hi 

I went in for an emergency scan today because I had some light bleeding to find out its identical twins they are very small and could see no heartbeats the lady strongly suggested that I would miscarry although there is a small chance it's to early and cannot see a heartbeat I have another scan nye but have had no bleeding and no pains since ? This will be my first misscarriage and one else gone through this and wat was the outcome ? 

Many advice or others peoples experiences would be great as I really don't no wat to expect thanks xx
