Could I be pregnant again this soon?

I conceived on 25th March (first pregnancy) and had confirmed miscarriage a week ago at 8 weeks though had bleeding throughout so mc could have started earlier than confirmed. 

I had been checking pregnancy tests to make sure the miscarriage was over and my levels were back down to zero so I could try again. Have had negatives with very very faint positive second line since wednesday but today showing as positive again on both pregnancy and ovulation tests could I have conceived again this soon?
