5 weeks empty sac and im scared
Hello ,this is my first pregnancy iv tryed for years and finally i am pregnant BUT my dr is telling me im 5 weeks but my ultrasound shows nothing but a black empty sac . and my hcg levels are rising but slowly and not doubling. So she thinks im going to miscarry bc iv had pink &,brown spotting. She wants to do a dnc tomorrow before i do miscarry. Can i please get some advice on what i should do ?

Did you have the d&c?
I've just miscarried myself but my doctor recommended waiting a week to see what happened as I Already had brown discharge, he was confident it would happen naturally.
A few days after a 'failed pregnancy' was confirmed I had contractions and started bleeding. Im struggling a lot and I go back tomorrow to make sure everything has come away on its own.
This was also my first pregnancy after 5 years of trying, heartbroken and devastated! How are you holding up? X
