Need some peace of mind

Hi I'm 7 weeks pregnant i started spotting on Sunday just gone and there bleeding got worse I had no pain till today I went for a scan on Tuesday and there was a heartbeat but today I'm losing more blood and it's like deep redown and a few clots not massive and ive been gettin pain like period pain maybe a lititle bit strogerr the pain varies sometime more harsher than over times duein the day if just like to no if anyone else has ever had this and baby been ok or if it's what I think and im misscarring tia x
