Very heavy watery bleed at 6 weeks

Hi all,

I have just had a terrbile experience today of a heavy watery bleed and i am 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I went to the EPU and they were lovely and explained that obviously its too early for to see anything on a scan but im wondering if there is any hope for me. there was no clots just water
