6 weeks later no AF and pain

I had a miscarriage at about 6 weeks, I started to bleed July 13th and naturally completed miscarriage on 17th & 18th, had a scan to confirm everything had gone and bloods done too see if the hormone had dropped and it had gone all together .. so it has been nearly 6 weeks since it began and still there s no sign of Period. Then This afternoon I started with stabbing pains on the right side of my lower abdo and they've gotten progressively worse now the pains not going away at all and it gets worse if I m sat up .. What s going on with my period? And What could these pains be? Please help Im going out my mind with this pain 😞 Thank you x
