what's happened please help

Well 2 wks ago I went to docs as I was a wk late preg simptoms but neg tests except 1 which was very faint, my bloods came back as 5 so she said we needed to repeat in a wk, within that wk I started spotting light pink but it stopped but next day I was bleeding but not like a period the best way I can describe it was bloody dark red jelly i also had cramping on my left side and down my left leg this continued for 3 days then just stopped, I went back for my bloods on Friday and won't get results till tomoz but have started bleading again with the same cramps, I'm frightened I have no idea what's going on.
