Help please

Hi I was a week late with my period, took a clear blue digital test saying I was pregnant then started what seems to be my period the next day so took another basic test and it came up with only one line (negative) I still have all the pregnancy symptoms nausea, headaches, back pain. Can anyone help as to what this means please?
