Advice please!!??

Hi, I have been for a scan today, the consultant told me that the fetus had not grown as much as it should have. She said the fetal pole was small. She also could not find the yoke sac but when i said there was one before she managed to find it. also that there was no heart beat. She said i will probably miscarry.... ive got a scan on the 11th and she said ill know for certai then.... No one can tell me how far gone i am either.... feel like no one is explaining anything to me even when i ask questions they do not give me a straight answer....
